ACTIVITIES:
• Strategic alignment and process improvement to create the process
architecture solutions.• Design and integration of the Business Capability Model to Aris Process
Platform.
• Establish standards and conventions for the process operations.
• Show an integrated way, consistent and aligned the processes information,
technology and people to support business decision making.
• Project: Design of the Process Architecture, standards and conventions for
the To Be processes operations globally in Aris to the Envases Universales
Group, managed by KPMG.
• Project: Design and documentation of processes of the Procurement and
Importations Area in el Salvador to the SAP implementation in ABI InBev – La
Constancia Brewery.
