Project Leader.
Responsible to support the design of process architecture proposed for the
integration of the Integral System of Mining Administration of the General
Directorate of Mines – México.
ACTIVITIES:
• Fit and Gap analysis of the current situation of the project integration of
system.
• Findings of the actual situation of the integration.
• Proposal of alignment, methodological approach and documentation of
process architecture to be integrated in the mining administration system.
• Creation of value chain of the processes to be part of the integration.
• Documentation of As Is Process with the BPMN methodology.
• Definition of business Rules.
• Definition of the To be with the BPMN methodology.
• Creation of Business Required Documents BRD to the To Be processes.
