ACTIVITIES:
• Responsible of business solutions based on Business Process Architecture
and Oracle Solutions, oriented on technology, Innovation & development
of applications to improve the organizational management.
• Responsible of the documentation of financial and tresury processes of
the Secretary of Finance and General Treasury of the State of Nuevo León,
México, based in Business Process Analysis – BPA and ARIS tools. Monterrey
N.L. – México.
• Responsible for the design of the process architecture and the implementation
of the new inventory management system of the Management Services
and Property Disposal (Servicio de Administración y Enajenación de Bienes)
– SAE based in Oracle Inventory.
• Responsible for the design of process architecture proposed for integration
and improved management of the Information System and Educational
Management, based in Oracle solutions. SEP – SIGED.
