• Developed plans for controlling production, materials inventories, and
finished products.
• Performed productions cost analysis, contacted customers and suppliers
to develop new products, developed statistic tools, implemented quality
standards with the application of ISO-9000.
• Oversaw importing raw materials and exporting finished products.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Increased productivity the assembly line 45mm polyethylene caps for
ZENECA, today SYNGENTA from 7 thousand to 15 thousand caps daily, in
average.
• Established the exporting process of 45mm and 63mm polyethylene caps
for the ZENECA plant located in Guatemala, for distribution of its products to
Central America.
• Developed the implementation of the production procedures of medium
size and small size godet (jars for cosmetic product) for PAVISA INDUSTRIES
for its distribution in the U.S.
• Established the production process for yellow 63mm caps for PROCTER &
GAMBLE in its product Maestro Limpio for the presentation of 5 liters.
• Developed new suppliers of plastic resins, such as the companies Tecnoplast
y Dimsa.
• Established the importing process of foam plates for the manufacturing of
thermal shaping in the protection systems of the automobiles Sentra of
NISSAN and PT Cruiser of CHRYSLER.
• Responsible for the distribution and installation of the CORPLAS plant in
Cuernavaca Morelos, in the industrial park Civac.
