ACTIVITIES:
• Responsible to preserve, document and update the knowledge base of
business processes.
• Strategic alignment and process improvement to create the process
architecture solutions.
• Establish standards and conventions for the To Be process operations in
ARIS.
• Show an integrated way, consistent and aligned the processes information,
technology and people to support business decision making.
• Support to the SAP 4 HANA Process Integration.
• Responsible to the Fit Gap analysis and comparison of Aris Process
Database of Deloitte IP5 vs to the Aris process database of Constellation
brands.
• Define the methodology and frameworks that supports the processes
lifecycle.
• Process integration with Technology information that support the execution
of processes like applications, information and infrastructure.
• Design and integration of the Business Capability Model to Aris Process
Platform.
• Design the organization structures in models that could will integrated to the
processes.
• Design and integration of the compliance model to considered the controls
of any kind of risk and the risk tree of the company.
